Tell us what needs fixing.

Include enough detail to locate the purchase:

• the email address used at Stripe Checkout;
• the occupation and report tier;
• the approximate purchase date; and
• a Stripe receipt or Checkout Session ID, if available.

Never send a full card number, password, government identifier, resume, or other sensitive personal information.

Use the same address for privacy questions, correction or deletion requests, accessibility problems, and factual issues in a report. General product feedback can also be sent through the feedback button on the site.
