Terms for using DeadByAI

DeadByAI provides task-level AI exposure estimates and practical career-planning material. Free scans and paid reports are informational tools. They are not employment, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

Scores, dates, adjacent paths, and recommendations are estimates, not guarantees of job loss, continued employment, income, hiring, or any other career outcome. You remain responsible for decisions made from the information.

Your starter plan is free. Plans and coaching use the work, goals, constraints, and progress you describe. Review suggestions before applying them at work. Do not submit confidential workplace records or other people’s private information. Checking a task complete records your progress; it does not certify a professional skill.

When membership is available, you can choose US$19 billed monthly or US$149 billed annually. The annual charge is paid in full each year and works out to about US$12.42 per month. Eligible first-time members receive a seven-day free trial; a payment method is required. After the trial, the selected amount is charged automatically and renews each month or year until cancelled. Stripe shows your trial eligibility, billing amount, and payment date before you confirm. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or card charges.

Cancel through “Manage or cancel membership” in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current trial or billing period; access continues until the end date shown in billing. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. You can still open and export saved workspace data after membership ends. Existing report purchases remain separate one-time purchases. The 30-day money-back guarantee for paid reports applies only to those reports; contact reports@deadbyai.com with membership billing or refund questions.

Current AI limits include 10 coaching requests per account per UTC day and three plan-generation attempts per seven-day usage window. After your first weekly check-in, the next plan opens six days after the previous plan was created. Generation attempts can count toward these limits even if they fail. People sharing an internet connection share a limit of 20 AI requests per UTC day. Shared service limits can also temporarily pause AI requests. Membership does not provide unlimited AI access.

The workspace keeps a rolling history rather than an unlimited archive. Export any work you want to keep. A reminder is sent only after you verify your email and turn reminders on; you can switch them off in your dashboard.

Do not use DeadByAI to break the law, attack or disrupt the service, bypass report access controls, automate abusive traffic, interfere with other users, or misrepresent a scan as a guaranteed employment outcome. Do not submit sensitive personal data that the product does not request.

DeadByAI's product design, original writing, report format, code, and scoring methods remain DeadByAI content. A buyer may use and share their purchased report for personal career planning, but may not resell it or present DeadByAI's scoring system as their own service.

DeadByAI may correct errors, improve scoring, update prices or report contents for future purchases, and suspend features for maintenance or security. A completed purchase is governed by the tier and price shown at that checkout. If a purchased report cannot be delivered, the replacement and refund process applies.
