Report delivery and 30-day money-back guarantee

• Stripe confirms payment and DeadByAI starts the report selected at checkout.
• The result page shows the report status and a private download link when the file is ready.
• A backup link is sent to the email address entered at checkout.
• Private download links stay active for 90 days after report completion, or 180 days for the Career Strategy Blueprint. Once downloaded, the PDF is yours to keep. Support can provide a replacement link when a completed purchase can be verified.

Email support if the report does not finish, the download is broken, the email never arrives, the wrong tier is delivered, or a charge is duplicated. DeadByAI will first try to repair delivery or provide the correct file.

Not useful for your situation? Email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The guarantee applies to every paid report and is no questions asked. Reports that cannot be generated or delivered, duplicate charges, and other payment errors are also refundable.

If you would rather keep the report, we can first correct a delivery problem or replace a report that missed the tier you bought. Choosing that option does not remove the 30-day guarantee. Refunds are returned through the original payment method when Stripe processing allows. Bank posting times are outside DeadByAI's control.
